How do I obtain a copy of a crash report?

If an officer completed a crash report, it can be obtained from the Records Department at the police station. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm.

How do I obtain a FID (Firearms Identification Card) or LTC (License to Carry)

You must fill out an application that can be obtained by downloading from our site or from the Records Department at the police station. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. There is a $100 fee for processing the application.

I called 911 by mistake; I was then told that an officer must come to my house to check on me. Why do you have to send an officer when I said I was okay and just dialed the number by mistake?

Where can I report that cars are speeding by my house everyday?

If you feel speeding traffic is a problem on your street, please email traffic@cobma.us . We take all of these complaints seriously and will see to it that an officer is assigned to your area for traffic enforcement.

How do I get my vehicle back when it has been towed?

If your vehicle has been towed by one of the on-call tow companies, you can call us at (508) 941-0200 and we can inform you on what to do next. Please have your license plate number and the date of the tow when you call.

Where do I pay a parking ticket fine or how do I appeal it?

You can pay your parking ticket here. Or see the records department at the police station to appeal your ticket between 8:30 – 3:30.
